The property is a slighly undersized lot making requring variances to the zoning regulations to allow for a new building to be constructed.  The previous house had been torn down and the underutilized site was undeveloped for many years.  BCA assisted in seeking the needed variances to allow the proposed two-family house to be approved.  The clients requested each unit have three-bedrooms, two bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and an open living, dining, and kitchen area. Space for a driveway and parking for two cars was created to meet the off-street parking standards.
