Bellwood Court & Chathem Acres

Renovation of two affordable elderly housing developments. The project also included a Level 1 Energy Audit to understand the properties energy usage and identify energy improvement measures to undertake. Both properties heat pump air conditioning systems had started to fail, and Bellwood Court's windows needed replacement. Solar array's will be installed at both properties to help defer the energy costs of the community building and site lighting.
