Ercolano Residence

The clients requested a single story residence with generous areas for entertaining, master bedroom suite, three children's bedrooms, a guest bedroom suite, office, theater room, and four car garage.  The house is organized in wings to create separation between the private areas and public areas of the house and to allow for each room to have generous views. Guest enter the house through a double height foyer with views of the back courtyard ahead which draw you into the house.  An intersecting double height living room, dining area and kitchen serve as the main hub of activity and connection to the other wings of the house.  Large operable doors and clearstory windows provide a connection of the living area to the back yard and courtyard.
