Kirtland Commons

Renovation of the buildings original 26 affordable elderly and disables units and addition of 18 units and parking garage below. The renovation included new windows, trim and siding, improved insulation of the exterior walls, and renovated kitchens and bathrooms. The addition included a new elevator and stair tower. The project was blower door tested and received an Energy Star Certification.
