Modular Apartment Development

Brian Cleveland Architects is working with a local develper to design "Facotry Built" apartment buildings on variouse sites around the region.  The building design and construction methods are intended to offer residents with a modest income an affordable, efficient, sustanable, well designed and built space to live.   All units will have access to a private deck or balcony, generously sized kitchen and bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and energy efficient all electric heating and cooling. Each building includes an elevator, a mail & package room on the first floor, and a co-work and exercise room on the upper floors.
