Nottingham Tower

Renovation of an affordable elderly and disabled housing site consisting of 164 one-bedroom apartments. Due to the age of the building, no ADA compliant apartments exist. Renovation includes the conversion of 17 apartments for ADA compliance. The remaining apartments received new kitchens, bathrooms, window replacement, mail room, laundry room and community room improvements. New finishes throughout the common areas and corridors were also included. Electric baseboard heaters are being replaced with high-efficiency heat pumps.
